Making Custom Maps

Discuss TF2! Or don't. Whatever takes your fancy.

Hey, I am making some custom maps right now and I plan on only letting them be used for The Furry Pound. Does anyone have any ideas or requests?

UPDATE: 2/14/09

I have started the first map Clawed Out.

Here is a preview of the progress.

I will post more images later.

Personally, I feel there could stand to be more quality capture-the-flag maps...but then that's just me.

They tend to entail a good bit of work, but Territory Control maps (like Hydro) could stand to see some more love too.

Furry porn. Has to be there somewhere. Skybox, secret room, intel-room, spawn-rooms. Somewhere in the map.

In all seriousness, I'm a sucker for carny-holes; little ledges and blips on the map you can stand on or crawl into stealthy, maybe giving you a slight advantage over your opponents until your discovered. As long as there's no spots where sentries can be built where spies cannot access; I'm pretty happy.

The advantage of hidden passags disappears fairly quickly as soon people use noclip to inspect the map beforehand they play it seriously. ;)

Outside Red's Base (not finished):

On top of the Red's Intelligence Building (Not finished but has a platform to get up there.) You can see the fences and bridge from there also which is also not finished:

Can somebody give me your opinions or requests?

Only thing I see is detail, detail, detail. Both props and displacements, to make the map look less blocky and 90-degree like. The actual base-plan is looking pretty good; and details always come last anyways. x3

If you need texture help, give a hollar. Keep in mind things TF2 utilizes; colours on respective sides are either monotone, or subtly tinted in that team's colour, even if they aren't blatantly red or blue. You should always know at a glance which team's side you're on.

I may be able to help with faux advertisements, as well.
