Valve Fixed It?

How many 'fixed' problems are you still seeing?

I still get the flamethrower spouting flame when not firing it.
I still get locked out of joining a team when trying to pick sides.

Edit:: drat, I thought I was in 'General' when I posted this...

Considering how utterly massive Source's game logic code-base is, it's no shock that most of the 'fixed' bugs are still around.
