I always had a feeling that Heavy was on the border of being overpowered, and the Tomislav finally pushed him way over.

Instead of reducing the RoF, which seems negligible from my experience, they should have made it a damage penalty, such as on the Natascha.
Edit: Totally fine with it being nerfed to hell. One heavy medic pair spawncamped the entire team down to 30 seconds for a cap, then practically steamroll the map after att/def switch just now on #7.

Forget Tomislav. Nerf the Soda Popper. Run 5 feet, unleash mini-crit hell. Seriously, the amount of distance you have to run with that thing is WAY too short. You build hype way too fast.

But seriously, Tomislav's rate of fire reduction is nothing when considering the silent, next-to-nothing spin up. It should either be increased 15-30% or removed for a damage nerf. Right now, heavies can dodge most rockets/nades, and even some stickies.

The worst combo of Tomi-Heavy to run into is Tomi+Sandvich+GRU. You have an Assault Rifle (that's what the Tomi is) with instant shoot and stop shooting action. You can GRU yourself around the map, and use Sandvich to heal up. Normally if you needed a CQB weapon for when you were lacking time to rev up, you'd go shotgun, but the Tomi negates that need. So you can have Sandvich. And with the GRU, you can move around at mach 1. So what you have is a fat ambush predator who doesn't need a CQB secondary because his primary does EVERYTHING!

Hence, heavy is now win. Now, throw in tons of newbies who manage to get this gun and...bingo! Rage-inducing, server-overloading, noob flood. Yay for the testing team :/
