Items are;
Cosmetic;
"Geisha Boy" hair for the Medic
"Dread Knot" hair for the Heavy
"Noh Mercy" mask for the Spy
"Samur-Eye" helmet for the Demoman
Noisemaker - Koto
Weapons;
Concheror (Soldier) - Teammates in the area of effect are given health for inflicting damage, like the Mad Milk.
Fan O'War (Scout) - Only does 10% normal damage, but can "tag" an enemy. One tagged opponent at a time. All damage done to the tag victim minicrits.
Conniver's Kunai (Spy) - Reduces initial/max health by 65, but absorbs HP from enemies.
Half-Zatoichi (Soldier/Demoman) - On kill, restores health to 100%, but cannot be put away until a kill is made. Don't get it out if you aren't going to use it.

I think they need better descriptions. I can appreciate the haiku';s but wtf do they do in like, technical terms?
Also. The Katana has a very clever mechanic and I like it.

Yeah me too, the way I use melee I should find it useful.
I have a bad habit of quickswitching between weapons while moving around. I should probably drop that habit as everyone know what happens when you bring a sword to a gunfight.
