You know you've been playing TF2 for too long...

...When you randomly say tf2 character lines to your friends * one of my rl friends does this and it's anoying, he's supposed to speak DUTCH >:C"

...If you buy a hat irl that resembles a hat from the game * guilty*

...When you make a sandvich irl, and eat it while making the nom-omming sounds

...When you keep turning around, afraid there might be a spy trying to backstab you

...When you have tf2 lines mixed into music songs on your mp3 player

and god the scout update just sucked, worst items in the game.....

I actually tried to get some of my friends to understand a bunch of TF2 jokes and stuff, didn't work out as well as I'd hoped :c

...If you have any medal higher than Weekend Warrior.

Primeval Warrior :3

...When you correctly recognize Steam instability as the precursor to a new TF2 update.

Because it's true!

...If you remember the terror of the Civvy Heavy (also known as the Special-Needs Heavy Weapons Guy).

Oh how I miss seeing those. :c

...If you remember when Pyros were briefly The Most Overpowered Class Ever.

Ah the original backburner... That's actually when I started maining pyro. :p

...If you remember when the Scout's Sandman was the most awesome thing in his arsenal.

Using the original sandman was probably the most fun I'd had with scout ever.

...If you remember when XBox TF2 was on par with PC TF2.

Was it ever? Maybe content wise at least. :p

...When you get any kiriban achievement (Pyromancer, Chief of Staff, et al).

The pyro achievment list is the only one I've fully completed, other than the original 17 that started out in the game.

...When you remember pre-Medic update TF2 with a rich fondness of the Good Old Days.

Who do you think you are? Bleeding Action Man?!

Lies! I say!

Ok..... it's true half my hours (out of nearly 1,700 or them in total) are as pyro. I love burning things, airblasting enemies into environmental hazards, and getting up close in combat. I can't help myself! I am getting more time as other classes lately tho.

Back when I reached 200hrs as Pyro, I decided that I needed try something different...
So I took a timeout from Pyro and played nothing but Demo till I had 200hrs on him.

My current stats are 508 Pyro, 204 Demo.

Old habits die hard.
Everything I've learned in TF2, I've learned from watching Doom kick my ass!

... when you organize a "Sandvich Party" with your local furry community to build a replica of the snack as authentical as you can.
... when you repeatedly walk along blank walls and automatically recognize them as a perfect place for your spray.

That's what happens to me all the time. :/

...when you are a near knock-off of a TF2 character. (Gotcha, Nikky)

...when you say various TF2 lines that strangely fit in the current scenario. (For instance, some folk were walking very slow for no reason at all, and I couldn't help but say "GET GOING! MOVE THAT GEAR UP!" "GO GO GO! CHARGE!!!" And at random times, "What's that sandvich? Kill them all? GOOD IDEA!")

...when you buy a Mac just to get the earbuds.

...when you find a bottle of Scrumpy so you could play the Demoman at his best. (Hint)
"This is going to be a real piece of piss, you bloody Steam Linux player!"

Counting stat resets? About 475 Soldier hours X3 nearing 500 pretty soon 8C

As for playing too much? Checking the TF2 Steam forum every day for news about updates and stuff. :|

Sweet Jesus D':

Mmm, you've edited at least 5 pages on the TF2 Wiki, regularly tune into KritzKast or some other TF2-themed podcast. (Both of which i'm rather guilty of, unfortunately @_@)

You used the idler, and even after the halocaust, still idle in offline training spectator mode.
