Looks like an ability to move level 2 sentries without having to rebuild them.

Could be any level of sentry with an appropriate rebuild/packup time. Looks like the Engy might not be able to change weapons whilst carrying a packed up sentry.

Since it all hit, here's what we're able to find out:

You can move any of your buildings, at any level. The longer the level, the more time it takes to otherwise quickly rebuild. This means engies can build their stuff beforehand, and move it to quickly deploy, instead of building it then and there. Right-click to move. Moving slows your speed, though!
