We need way more information than that to help you.

What is the message, when does it occur, what have you done to try and fix it, etc.

OH GOD WORDS AND STUFF!

I'm sure a tech dude knows wtf that means, but I sure as hell don't. If you could just answer my original questions >>

Okay, this is a MacOS X issue.

Have you moved the TF2 or Steam app from your desktop and put it someplace else OTHER than the Trash?

If you did: Quit Steam, and start it again. That'll fix TF2 crashing on launch.

If you tossed it in the Trash: You need to reinstall it. Quit Steam, start it again. Select TF2, Control-click (or if you configured your mouse right, right click), select "Delete Local Content." Clear it out. Then reinstall it from the control-click menu.
