Usually Steam just shows blank if it's unable to load someone's avatar.

Looks like it just decided to pick one users avatar then apply it to everyone.

Also yeah... the pl_upward glitches are wellknown. I was playing around with them on a empty server the day after the engineer update. And Valve still hadn't fixed them. I would advise people to not abuse those glitches on the TFP server. But I like the way the spawn looks like with the fence there, and it would be weird at the same time if there was a bullet blocking brush there. :/
