i killed this spy once who was camping our teleporter. and how you ask ?. using the soldier equilizer taunt with a good timing.
to smittereens he went and i laughed like a maniac irl. that had to be my single best tauntkill ever

One of my favorite TF2 moments was taunt-killing with the Huntsman on Sawmill, I failed the stun effect but the Pyro still went in for the kill, getting himself taunt-killed in the process.

He didn't know the taunt could kill without the stun

When it comes to taunt kills I think my favourite was the first time I got someone with the equalizer. It was on 2fort, I rocket jumped up onto the battlement where their sniper was camped, ran up to him and hit the taunt. Oh no, he noticed me! He ran a few steps away and turned to face me, but instead of just waiting or shooting me like a normal person he pulled out his kukri and charged at me - just in time to explode.

My favorite is taunt killing snipers as a sniper, then taunting again!

Yesterday, actually, I went out as a red sniper on Upwards, and started shooting. Got a sniper, a pyro, a snake-in-the-grass^W spy, a demoman, another pyro...

...damn, ran out of people to snipe.

Also, attacking, I was at the bottom entry for the last "point" on Upwards and had a sentry above me. It didn't shoot, but me being a simple-minded solder really named Pooh, I took a shot at it from underneath.

It worked.
