For now, replays is only enabled on TFP2 (72.22.219.149:27016), hopefully we can add it on the other servers when they fix replay for Linux servers. :S

I was on TFP #8 earlier, and it has replays. Then again, it's an EU server, so US folks might be a bit laggy.
And yes, I made a quick test video of me airblasting a sniper off Doublecross.
My first try wasn't very good, since it messed up and after the cut, it stuck there in one spot for the rest of the scene, with nothing really going on.

The replay editor does a good job of making tf2 look a little nicer. Even on my crappy laptop running it in DX 8 mode.

Yesterday on #3 , I need to see if I can get my PS2 controller working on TF2, it may make the free camera much more fluent while moving it around.
