Killing Floor redux

Gotta share the love for other fun games? Post about them here!

A couple of us used to play this UT2004 zombie wave survival mod not too long ago. Unfortunately, with Left 4 Dead's release and most of the developers having moved on to other projects, Killing Floor quickly dropped out of the limelight. Just recently Tripwire Interactive, creators of Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45, have announced they have purchased the rights to Killing Floor and will soon be releasing it as a retail game on steam. And from the looks of it, they've been doing a lot of upgrading and polish work. Will this mod make a killer comeback? (Okay I'll stop now XD) As long as I get to keep my fire axe and berserker perk, I foresee much zombie slaying to come

I don't have UT04 thus I never played this, but it looks fun so perhaps I will buy it.
Who do you think you are? Bleeding Action Man?!

*perks up* Wait what, perks? Special abilities? Ooooh, interesting.. *tail-wags*

'Course it would happen to become an independent game just over a week after I buy the UT-set, wouldn't it..

It's cheap, I'm very tempted. If enough people get it, I probably will too. I like L4D, but sometimes there's just not enough...STUFF.
