It doesn't show the emp vs. nuke thing until the end though but yeah it's pretty much debunked. Though I guess you can always try it yourself if you want.

the theory is a bit wrong, you say "Can an EMP stop a Nuke?", the thing is:
an EMP cannot stop a Nuke after it's been activated, but can stop one before it's activated, as an EMP doesn't let the enemy team activate any killstreaks, thus, "stops a nuke".
