For anyone following the Activision vs IW thing, IGN reports that Activision's countersuit mentioned that Modern Warfare 3 was in development.

Act surprised now.

The countersuit also claims that IW has been deliberately delaying said development to get back at Activision.

played it a bit more over the weekend, the game has potential, shame that theres flaws in it that keep it down

camp of camp, black ops announced, lol, it hasn't evenbeen a year, and another game's coming out, oh boy, i cant wait to spen d70 dollars on something which MUST have drastic improvements over the last
