I used to run a Garry's mod server before I got addicted to TF2.

*shrug* I can run everything on max, and it still usually runs faster than Team Fortress 2 or L4D for me. Well, at least when you compare them at mat_queue_mode 0 (Garry's mod crashes horrible at mat_queue_mode 2). And framerate isn't a huge concern for me in Garry's mod anyway, as I mostly use it to make pretty pictures.
