I'd like to suggest cp_corporation_b3. http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/56057
It's a dustbowl style cp map. It's really fun, but it can take a while to download.
Who do you think you are? Bleeding Action Man?!

I'm partial to cp_orange, though the only links I could find were for outdated versions of the map.

I have a particular fondness for "rats style gameplay" maps, in which you're like... inches tall, running through a house doing stufff. As such, I have a small list of maps I've unfortunately only been able to test with one or two people and would love to see used in an actually useful scenario, like... well, likely server 3, since I don't think maps like this would fit in well with the more "serious" servers. :/

CP_Bathroom:
Kind of choppy due to the file itself being unrefined as of yet, and he's not yet added directional arrows for helping people out, but it's an absolutely beautiful map with some rather clever uses of waterways and such. Not the best, but certainly worth a look.

CP_Toy Fort_Alt:
A better version of an older map that, though it takes a few liberties away from the usual rat style constraints, does it for gameplay reasons. It still gives that proper feel, and I can only imagine it'd play well with between ten and twenty people, perhaps more.

FPSBanana's Rat Style Map contest:
A contest that i believe started in march and ends in may, based entirely around this general concept of map. Currently only one entrant, but keep your eyes peeled and we might see more within the next month or so. The one that IS there is a really neat looking one that I've been dieing to REALLY try out.

CP_Toy Store:
Admittedly, not a very well constructed map due to easily camped choke points at the doors (have to jump through doggy doors, which is cute, but ridiculously exploitable), but it's got a great concept and story thing to it. And the snippets of christmas music played in the background gives a nice atmosphere as well. As is, though, there are some problems with it, but it'd be interesting to at least try, I'd think.

Alright... I would like to suggest the following maps for a next testing night, and this guy looks like he's gotten some pretty nice ones.
All maps can be found here: http://www.mrmof.com/?cat=6

Arena_WoW
CP_Redfort
CTF_2Fortified

Check them out, he's got little flyby and playthrough movies for most of his maps, too.

For use in the Server 3 and the Friday/Saturday Night TFP Party:

Dragon Slayer
! (Any y'all remember that? ;))

The goal is to shoot down a "dragon", where the head is its weak point and encounters are kept to long-distance mostly. There's a sentry inside the dragon, so Pyros obviously fail to hurt the dragon effectively; while the damage is meant to be long-distance, there's still the contention of dealing with the enemy team while concentrating on the dragon's head!

I remember playing these first two maps and having a pretty good time on them, and I recommend those two at least for some alternative fun times in Server 3.

ds_mysticruins
http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/68644
- A most basic representation of the game mode; a dragon flies around some rocks that Red guards, while Blu has to spawn and walk out of a canyon to shoot down the dragon. Very simple.

ds_extractum
http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/68642
- A more developed take on the play mode, where both teams have a dragon and the efforts can be divided into defending one's own dragon, killing the enemy dragon, and killing the enemy preventing you from killing their dragon. I don't believe I've played this with a full server of 8+ people per side, however.

ds_vulcanpit_b1
http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/69158
- More themed to be "dragon hunting", I haven't played this map, but it's the only other dragon slayer map worth investigating. There's a total of four "ds" maps on FPSB; the fourth was a low-scoring "orange" map of ds game mode. Technically this map doesn't have a score, so I figured we could at least try it out and give the guy some scores ;)

EDIT:
Here's another map I recall having a moderately wacky fun time on.

King of the Hill: Blast

http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/71735
- Jump up to the top! Capture the single flag, and stop the enemy from jumping up there and stealing back your capture! Be careful however, as the enemy can and will bypass the midpoint completely and just jump over to your side to kill you while you try to snipe them! Oh and did I mention the water is toxic? :D
