I have been banned a few days ago for "Trolling" when I was playing Upward as Engie on defence. I don't get how removing a few sappers is considered trolling. I really hope this permanent ban is removed soon.

You were setting up troll teleports, and were banned and warned for doing that kinda stuff again. Since you made a ban protest (this thread), I reduced the ban to a month but next time it will be permanent if you keep up that behavior.
