Purplecat is currently working on a fix to the quickstart issue that both allows us to maintain these players on our less active servers, while still leaving slots for members who actually fav the servers. I'll let him explain whenever he gets it all working.
As for other stuff, 4/6 are still off the grid as far as quickplay is concerned, they will continue to be 100% TFP players/people who know our servers.
I heard somewhere that the plugin we used to use for 5 was broken due to something valve did, so we can't just "turn it on" again. :\

The plugin I used way back for TFP5 assumes the Steam community website looks like it did back in 2009, it's broken cause Valve done plenty of changes since. And if I returned to it, I probably would make it parse the Steam community API rather than "screen scrape" that the member is in the TFP group. And this I probably rather put on a new server (maybe time to revive TFP1 for this).
My idea was to make a plugin that turns on quickplay on inactive servers, and turns it off when the server is (nearly) full.

I'm thinking it should turn on when it's less than 10 players, and turns off when there is more than twenty.
Of course, exact values might change. I probably make it trigger a check by a reoccuring timer (say, every fifth minute), mostly to prevent the changes happening too often (The valve master server might not be fond of that, I have no idea though).

Ugh, I just played for the first time since Meet the Medic, and wow total noob flood. More than half of the TFP server I was on was mundanes. Do not want. I highly recommend passwording these servers, at least until the flood ends.

Servers 4/6 do not have quickplay, thus are only players that know our servers or have actively clicked them. I do not think we will be passwording anything except server 8, which is already passworded.

Noobs are one thing, but did you REALLY have to implement false numbers on TFP 5?
