Excellent idea Oktoberwolf, something that we need to Extend an Engineer's just more longer when it comes to a steamroll.

Does ammo replenishing work the same as a normal dispenser? Seems like if you just need health you can run past it real quick to get the HoT but if you need ammo you need to stop by it for a short time. The HoT is an interesting idea that could open up a bunch of new strategies, most specifically giving a team an attrition bonus if the dispenser is well out of sight or defended well, usable on both offense and defense (cp_dustbowl 3-1 and 3-2 respectively). Sounds like a neat idea, and not being repairable balances out the HoT bonus well I think, would have to see it in game before deciding about how balanced it is game-wise though :P
