Announcer mapvote feedback

If you played TFP4 or TFP5 recently, you probably noticed that the announcer warns ahead of time of impending mapvotes.
I hope to spread it to the other servers eventually, but I want feedback on improvements/changes first! :3

I wish she did.
I'm just using existent soundclips. The "Attention" clip is unused but is generic enough to fit to anything that need player attention.

Yeah, it's nice to know when a mapvote's about to come up so you don't accidentally press a number while trying to switch weapons. :p
