You can have map votes on 4,5,6 and 7
The Drunken Brawl has the plug-in to do it
It's very possible

The main purpose of this plugin was to get people to nominate for the polls.

Personally I think it's not needed to rebind the mapvote options anymore now that there is a full warning seconds ahead. There's several problems with doing that, such as replacing the standard plugins (making it trickier to update Sourcemods, especially when Valve is doing their annual plugin-breaking update), polls blocking weapon changing until you choose a valid option and the fact that I like you don't have to move the hand much to vote quickly. Non-standard options are likely to confuse players from other servers too (STT suffered from this a little I noticed). I do have been thinking to turn on the the poll display, yet at the same time it might lead to "tactical voting" instead of people voting on what map they truly want (plus it's a little bit noisy).

Plus you gotta be very oblivious to miss the map countdown now.
