There's no point in arguing.
The Admins are so blind in the defense of an imperfect system that it will never change.
People will ALWAYS vote against a scramble, and there will ALWAYS be stacking.

I mean really, it's ridiculous, I think yall should just be glad there's an option to scramble at all. Forced scrambling would just be dumb, no matter what the situation is.
