The Foxcoon's superawesome guide to rotate a team without scrambling.
Step 1. Let there be ragequit (that fifth sniper/ scout/spy is useless anyway.)
Step 2. Choose your best class, find the player killing the most players.
step 3. Wait for autobalance message
Step 4. [yournamehere] finally killed [intendedplayerhere] and got a revenge but the guy got teamswap and you has good player.
Sure it takes effort but always do or do not, there is no try.

There is mechanics in place that prevents players from forcing autobalance by going spectator.
I don't see why it's so bad to switch back to your old team. Autobalance is for evening out the player amount on teams, nor for evening out "skill" (that is what scramble is for ).

But then that person gets to sit there until a spot opens up on their original team, which in a situation like that can take a while. Might as well play on the other team until you can get back to your old one... Hell I'll even do it if I get autobalanced to a WINNING team. I don't like getting auto'd regardless.
Who do you think you are? Bleeding Action Man?!
