See here's the funny thing.

Valve has an auto-scramble built in. Once a team wins 3 times, the teams are scrambled. It was made to prevent something like a 9-0 team stack.

Then TFP got rid of it. For the STT system. Which fails 99.9% of the time. So now most of the time you end up on a server, with something like one team having 12 wins and the other with 0. Clearly it's stacking. But with STT in place, nothing can be done because the winning team will ALWAYS vote against it.

tl;dr dump the vaporware that is STT and put the original system (the one that WORKS.) back in.

Said Valve system was designed primarily for Arena, because it's part of the gameplay style of that particular mode. For modes with multiple cap points that result in lopsided team scores after one round (i.e multistage CP or PL maps or TC maps) there would be complications, and our plugin has been coded to work with those maps rather than against them.

As far as I know the Valve-built system was never intended to be used on a game mode other than Arena.
