Yeah, the friends tab in the server list is completely broken and always has been. Don't trust it. :p

Heh, I actually just experienced this.
TFP Server #4 is currently saying 4 players (5 if you include SourceTV) but there is nobody there.
Impressive uptime, SourceTV has been there for over 400 hours!

Actually there is a recent bug that causes the server to somehow not keep track of bot players properly. At every levelchange the SourceTV bot is basically removed then readded. It's supposdly worse on servers using actual bots where there been insane playercounts like 38/24.
