Well, not entirely true. I have seen heavies, but I've never been shot by one (punched, once, yes, but shot, no).

And I typically don't feel fear as a prop. Either my hiding spot was good, or it was not. I set up keybinds for +attack2 / -attack2 so that I don't have to hold down my right mouse button, so it makes running away take an extra half second, so it means I don't run away a lot.
