Any chance yet on a nocrit/nospread server?

Just wondering. I know people like myself do a bit of competitive TF2 and i'm sure this might be a good way to play in a small (6v6 or 7v7) environment without crits and damage spread. May be used for PUGS or for thsoe who just want a small sized server?

If not, perfectly fine. have been wondering this for awhile now though.
