Along to the topic, I'd like to toss in that question: Why is initiating an alltalk-vote reserved to admins & mods? I asked that ingame today, and answer was vaguely that people might somehow abuse such a vote. But.. how? Especially when a majority of... say, 66% is needed. I just can't imagine a scenerio of abusement yet. :v And initiating an alltalk vote would be really awesome sometimes.
