...I'd have to say they failed to fix what few problems I see with Sandman, and only made things worse for the scout.
Again.

Way to go Valve. :D

I'm expecting to see even fewer scout players than there were before the update, once 'new items' hysteria dies down.

And people still complain that the sandman is OP. God people adjust your tactics and get over it. The max stun time is like 5 seconds. Are you really going to bitch that you can't move for 5 seconds?

Yay. They finally fixed rocket and sticky jumping. People didn't believe me when I said you didn't go as far anymore after one of the last few updates. D=

My biggest problem with the sandman was it's uberbreaking effect rather than it's stun.

Seems like they somewhat fixed that with this update by making the stunned player take less damage (that increases his survivability alot, especially if he happens to have a medic buttbuddy) but even then... I just gotta wait and see.
