Really I would have preferred eliminating the damage reduction in the phlog's taunt than reducing the damage overall. Other changes are good though
By the way the QR Code says, as guessed, "Updated localization files."

I'm kinda glad for the phlog nerfs. I never really thought it was that OP because if you weren't stupid it was pretty easy to counter, and it breeds bad pyro play, so the fewer phlogs I see out there the better.
Who do you think you are? Bleeding Action Man?!

I liked the phlog, it was funny to kill those people using it. Not having airblast makes a pyro so much easier for a demoman to kill. The nerf surprises me actually, since I always thought it was a weaker form of pyro.

They could tone down the ridiculous particle effects too.

Actually I disagree, infact I say it's the opposite.
The phologonistator "fire" effect is too weak. Especially compared to the regular flamethrowers, making it tricky to see.

Phlog was too OP anyways.
I was killed in the honor of Golden wrench #60.

Good, though I still wish they would remove the damage reduction on taunt and fix the ridiculous, eye-blinding particle effects.
