OK, so Tomislav's been nerfed, the uber weapons got a better balance, and BB and rocket launchers a tune-up. Dry update, but I like the fixes :>

God damn, glad they nerfed the tomislav. Still any spin up faster than the standard spin up is still pretty fucking fast.

it's half a second, rather than a quarter of a second now, guess its fair, would've preferred an even slower rate of fire tbh.
