That grenade is one of the few few times where the original author stat suggestions actually are used.
It's the definition of a double-edged sword. Sometimes you have to use melee as a last ditch attempt, and that literally turns into suicide if you have less than normal hp.

But btw nice update,i like the medic's set(and hat too) ,but getting them via trading or crafting is literally a pain in the ass
