I found out recently about this tournament being held by the European TF2 League. It's open to the public and will consist of nine-man teams. I think we've definitely got more than enough people in our group to put a team together; is anybody here forming a team?

We're having some discussions in the staff forums, so you should probably see something public about it very soon. Each team need 10 to 14 people though, and the 1-5 extra people works as... extras, incase someone is not able to play. There been some forming of teams already within staff, but there's probably really only extra slots left. But I think setting up a thread soon for helping people organize teams together would be a good idea.

I'm completly willing to be a part of a team, but I don't have enough friends who want to do it.

If the servers for playing are in Europe then American teams would be pointless due to significant lag issues.

Who's on the first team? Maybe if there's enough interest, we can field two teams w/alts.

I'd be willing to play heavy, even just as a ringer. I have comp experience and blah blah too.
