Please be nice to my server, I got it while it was still a "mysterious item". It increases the capture rate by one point, but also makes the soldier 10% more vulnurable to bullets. (Is it just me, or is Valve making bullets more useful lately?)

Okay, here's what I can summarize:
Medic gets a wearable mask.
Heavy gets to imitate Elvis (hair and glasses, on the TF2 blog), and also a lunchbox chocolate for the sandvich, increasing his max health.
Demoman gets a hat and the makeshift weapon (rusty nail on a stick)
Spy gets to show off his glorious French locks (hair)
Engie gets a welding mask and custom anims
Scout gets a beanie hat
Pyro gets what is named the "Brain Sucker" and a one-of-a-kind Sledgehammer
Soldier gets a Samurai hat and the makeshift weapon.
Sniper gets a pith helmet
