Well, the worst I've encountered on the server is mic spamming and the like. Occasionally you'll run into some people who get a little too competitive, but they don't usually hang around for very long. Maybe I'm just used to seeing worse! I mean, I've played GunGame servers in CS:S where one guy yells at his entire team and blames everyone when he can't get past the Glock - and also whines every time he gets knifed.

Even that isn't something that offends me, but I don't get involved with voice chat and such. I suppose that the more of yourself you put out there, the more sensitive you are to those sorts of things.
